2023 Wedding Packages

  • 200 People and Under: $6,275 

  • 250 People and Under: $6,900

  • 300 People and Under: $7,400

  • Friday One-Hour Rehearsal Rental: $200

Rental hours include Friday from 9:00 AM to Noon for setup and Saturday from Noon to Midnight for your ceremony. Optional Friday night rehearsal timing runs from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. All prices are subject to sales tax.

Our covered outdoor ceremony pavilion is absolutely gorgeous and tranquil in the morning, which makes for an amazing ceremony destination! Rental hours are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with music and bar stopping at 2:00 PM. Friday from 9:00 AM to Noon is included to decorate. Optional Friday night rehearsal timing runs from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. All prices are subject to sales tax.


2023 Morning Wedding Packages

Now for the details:

First things first, to get started, we require a $2,500 payment when you book with us. Then, we’ll meet when your big day is three weeks out. At that meeting, we’ll cover…

  • Remaining rental fee, plus all applicable sales tax

  • Insurance certificate for wedding day. Using our agent is required and the cost currently is typically under $200. We recommend reaching out to our insurance agent Amber about one month before your wedding . Get in touch and we’ll provide you with her contact information.

  • Alcohol orders - Basic pricing is below

  • The required $500 damage deposit (fully refundable within two-weeks after event if no missing or damaged barn property)

  • Payment for an off-duty officer - This is required while alcohol is being served at a rate of $50 per hour.

    • Or, if you’re not planning on serving alcohol, the officer is required to be present from the time guests arrive until Midnight at a rate of $50 per hour

    • Sunset Ridge Barn schedules and chooses the officer

  • If we haven’t worked with your caterer, then we’ll need a catering license and proof of insurance
