The perfect day just needs a little planning.

Ceremony Basics

Photography

With more than a decade of experience helping couples make their wedding days perfect, we’re happy to discuss angles, logistics and more with any photography or videography crew.

Hours and Such

Most couples tie the knot at our barn between 4:30 and 6:00 PM. While we’d love to have you around, we typically recommend against earlier ceremony times. Oh, and heads up - Our bar doesn’t open until 4:30 PM.

Timelines

Everyone loves a checklist, right? We’ll work with your wedding planner, DJ, photographer or anyone else who is helping make your big day perfect. (Future mother-in-laws may be a different story.)

Rehearsal

Practice makes perfect, right? That’s why we make the barn available for rehearsals either immediately before your wedding or on the night before from 5:00 to 6:00 PM for just $200, plus tax.

Reception Details

  • Our barn features two flat screen televisions where you can play slideshows or anything else you’d like. (Within reason, people.) Talk to us about these TVs and their features.

  • Want to bring water, soda or some top-notch mocktails? Feel free - There’s a refrigerator in our barn. Oh, and ice can be bought from our bar for $3.00 per bag.

  • Now we’ve arrived at the good part. We offer a clean-burning (non-smoky) s’mores bar for $75! If that’s not your cup of tea, then we welcome any kind of snack bar or desert table you want to bring. Talk to us about what we recommend in terms of snacks and desserts that hold up well in a setting like ours!

  • Most of the weddings at our barn are catered and that’s your best place to start when discussing items like flatware, glasses and more. When you book with us, we provide the full rundown on how the clean up process works at our barn.

  • Here’s a list of the things we either discourage or don’t allow:

    -No sparklers or sparkler send-offs

-No food coloring (or colored water)

-No live/fresh paint (even if washable)

-No real candles, fireworks, smoke bombs or anything with a flame (LED candles only)

-No glass bottles (with the exception of the bartender's use behind the bar)

-No use of fake flower petals loose or scattered outdoors, for example by the flower girl (only real petals or environment friendly petals)

-No smoke machines (be sure and tell your DJ)

    -No sidewalk chalk

-No gum provided at candy table or to be handed out/available for guests

    -No loose glitter

-No campers of any kind on property

-No use of ponds (Especially for skinny-dipping. Which we thought would be obvious…)

-No aisle runners on the deck (no good way to secure them without damaging the deck or the stain on the deck)

-No double sided tape, hot glue or adhesives can be used on barn decor or property (it is difficult to remove and leaves residue)

-No pens, markers or crayons left loose at guest tables.
