Your deposit is fully refundable, provided there is no damage or missing property after your event at our Iowa wedding venue, as outlined in our event pricing guide for rustic wedding venues.
A one-hour rehearsal on Friday evening (5 PM–6 PM) can be added.
To secure your date, a $2,500 non-refundable retainer fee is required alongside a signed contract. Please refer to our event pricing guide for more details. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding day.
