What’s Included
Your rental includes a 3-hour setup window on Friday morning from 9 AM to 12 PM, plus full access to the venue on Saturday from 12 PM to midnight for your ceremony and reception.
A one-hour rehearsal on Friday evening (5 PM–6 PM) can be added for $200.
Booking & Payment Details
To reserve your date, a $2,500 non-refundable retainer fee is due with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding day.
Additional Requirements
- One-day event insurance is required and must be purchased through our designated agent. This typically costs under $200.
- Sunset Ridge Barn will coordinate the hire of an off-duty officer for security while guests are present, billed at $50/hour.
- A $500 damage deposit is also required. This deposit is fully refundable, provided there is no damage or missing property after your event.
